With over 1.000 islands, Maluku is a great archipelago located in Banda Sea of Eastern Indonesia. These archipelago was long known as The Spice Islands where the north part of Maluku which is also known as Mollucas became the source of clove, mace, and nutmeg. 

Before the ethnic groups of Maluku started to trade spice and started to be control to grow spice, they were agriculture ethnic groups with traditional beliefs, and rich cultural practices whose masterworks artistry include gold, ivory, and silver heirlooms. 

With bi-partite cosmos, the culture of Maluku resembles the culture of coast and ocean.

This bracelet is an antique silver carved with deities figures, most likely worn during and for traditional ceremony.
