Ordering & Payment
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once it is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number as well as email confirmation and an approximate order total.
During sale events and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than normal.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Methods of Payment
We are using Midtrans payment gateway and accept payments credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Local bank transfer, GoPay and PayPal.
Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
Payment Issues
If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order.
