In-store Purchases

  • All exchanges must be made within 7 days after purchase.
  • The product could be returned to the store where the purchase was made or by post to our head-quarter office (Please contact our live chat support in this case).

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We’ll be glad to receive a return and exchange only when the item is accompanied with the original receipt.
  • We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. All tags must be attached and items must be
  • returned in original packaging.
  • In case of wanted item is not available, please choose an alternative style as we have a no-refund policy. If the chosen item is at a higher price tag, customers need to pay the difference. However, if the chosen item is at a lower price tag, we could not refund you the difference.
  • “Fancy Mask” cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items and archive sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or alternative style of the returned items. This process will take 6 working days.
  • Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, we will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
