For international shipping, we use FedEx and the cost would depend on weight based and the destination. Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O Box for international shipping.
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order on the courier service website to see the status of delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
