For international shipping, we use FedEx and the cost would depend on weight based and the destination. Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O Box for international shipping.
Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order on the courier service website to see the status of delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
