A signature of character, motifs from Kedungwuni has its own colors and little swirls that distinguish it from other motifs from Pekalongan.
Designed by the pioneer batik house of Pekalongan, Liem Ping Wie, this Kain Panjang comes in the special design, Kain Pagi Sore - a long cloth with two motifs especially crafted to adorn you in the daylight and evening.
This smart design was crafted by them during Japanese occupation in 1942 - 1945 to meet the demands of limited amount of cloth.
With the thoughtful function, this long cloth of Kedungwuni still sparks its beauty with the soft vivid colors and bouquet of colors as the characters of Coastal Batik.
