Pekalongan is a small city on the northern coast of central Java, Pekalongan was known for the batik that could be worn by everybody without any restriction to caste. Located by the port, Pekalongan has an interesting mixture of Dutch, Chinese, Arab, Gujarati, and Javanese. 

Coming in dusty peachy pink and blue, this Pekalongan sarong comes in buketan flowers with solid background. But take a look closely, and you’ll find a forest of Gelatik birds with delicate dotted isen on their wings!
